Held in the Community Rooms in John Huxley Reserve, opposite 46 Huxley Drive, Winston Hills.
This course focuses on teaching the students how to cook a variety of delicious family dinners from around the world.
We teach knife skills, cooking styles, a variety of meat cuts and the appropriate cooking methods, and flavour development. This course is lots of fun along the way as we eat and learn.
Each week we travel to a different country to cook a new cuisine: from Italy to China, Lebanon, Germany, Ireland and Thailand.
All equipment, food and utensils are supplied. Simply arrive each week with an appetite to learn.
Each participant will also receive their own Recipe Folder so that can take notes throughout the sessions.
There are limited places available. Be quick to book so you don't miss out. There is a minimum 12 participants required to proceed.
Workshops will be held at the John Curtin Meeting Room in Winston Hills.
