Do you know someone who is moving out, going to uni, travelling overseas, or generally needs some help to feed themselves??
This course is ideal for those who need some help with planning their own quick, healthy meals, how to budget, shopping and storage tips and general "being an adult" skills with regards to food and cooking.
This is a small group, designed to increase skills. Each class builds on the skills they learn from the previous week.
Food requirements can be accommodated, including cultural and religious.
All equipment, food and utensils are supplied.
Simply arrive each week with an appetite to learn, closed in shoes and hair tied back. We suggest that you bring a large container to bring home leftovers and samples.
