Pavlova is such a traditional Australian dessert, enjoyed at every celebration, particularly in Summer.
Learn how to make and cook the perfect crispy meringue base, then fill it with whipped vanilla cream and topped with fruit.
While the meringue is cooking, we learn how to make a number of variations to the recipe - marbled meringue, chocolate dipped strawberries to top the pavlova.
Parramatta Workshop Space, 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta. The venue is air conditioned. Street parking and underground parking ($) available. 5 minute walking distance from Westfield, and both Parramatta and Harris Park stations.
