Extended Class for 10-15 year olds.
Lasagne is one of life's comfort foods and needs time to make the various elements of this dish.
Napolitana Sauce - a beautiful tomato sauce
Bechemel Sauce - a creamy white sauce
Meat Ragu (Beef) / Veg Ragu (can be made meat free) - a delicious ragu sauce.
Layers of char-grilled vegetables complete this rich and decadent Winter dish.
The students will bring home their completed lasagne to enjoy at home.
Numbers strictly limited. Students must be able to confidently work with knives and hot implements.

Parramatta Workshop Space, 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta. The venue is air conditioned. Street parking and underground parking ($) available. 5 minute walking distance from Westfield, and both Parramatta and Harris Park stations.
