Extended Class - 1.00-4.00pm
In this session, students learn 5 different elements:
1. Enchiladas (Chicken) - vegetarians are welcome to omit the meat)
2. Hand Made Tortillas
3. Black Bean Chilli
4. Fresh Tomato Salsa / Guacamole
5. Traditional Tomato Rice
This workshop is designed for older students who already have knowledge and experience in the kitchen (including knife skills) and want to increase their skills.
We will learn about the development of flavours, taste testing, and safety.
Students work on their own recipes, then plate up. We find that this is a fun class as the kids chat together as they work. There is always leftovers to take home.
There is a limit of 8 students.
Parramatta Workshop Space, 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta. The venue is air conditioned. Street parking and underground parking ($) available. 5 minute walking distance from Westfield, and both Parramatta and Harris Park stations.
