Saturday Afternoon - Masterclass Workshops - 2-5pm

Join our own fabulous team as well as some of our Guest Chefs.

Saturday afternoons provide longer cooking sessions for more extended learning.

Masterclasses are ideal for 9 year to 15 years unless attending an Adult and Child workshop.  The sessions are 3 hours long and require being able to concentrate and use equipment.

Learn how to make Lamb Kofta, Hommous and celebration sweets.

Our very own Guliz is going to teach us some beautiful dishes that her family celebrates with during Eid.

Mexican Fiesta - Dad and Child Event (Adult + Child)

Mexican food is more than just microwaved tortillas from a pack.  It's fresh, zesty, and full of flavour. With or without spicy chilli.

Learn how to make home made Tortillas, fresh and zesty Salsas, Guacamole, and Chocolate Chicken Mole.

Special Guest Chef- Sheridan Rogers

Aimed at experienced teens aged 10-16 years, this workshop is presented by Sheridan, who brings her years of experience in both cooking on television and teaching cooking to thousands of students.

Christmas Workshop - Adult+Child Event  

This event is an annual event that is unmissable for all those that love Christmas food.  


Skill Levels

Open Class - This class is open to children aged 6-14 years, who do not necessarily have any previous experience in the kitchen.

We are super happy to have kids who have already completed a year of Kindergarten.  This ensures they can keep up with the rest of the kids, and are able to concentrate for the full session.

Intermediate Class - This class is open to children aged 9-14 years and who are able to hold attention for 2 hours.  There is an expectation that the kids who complete this class have some experience in the basics of cooking.

Extended Class - This class is open to children 10-15 years who want to extend their skills and regularly cook at home.  There is an expectation that they have or are ready to use sharp knives, and can work with little supervision.

 Adult and Child Class - These sessions are open for 1 adult to bring along 1-2 children.  This is always a fun session working together and a lovely memory-making opportunity.  This is a fabulous opportunity for grandparents, aunties/uncles or any special adult, to spend some time working together.  Join up with a friend,, and attend as a group of friends.


Parents are welcome to stay and view the class from our venue foyers, or you can also leave your child with us for the workshop duration.  


Child Protection is our priority.  All of our Presenters have First Aid Certificates, Food Safety Supervision, and all staff have current NSW Working With Children Checks.
