When: Every Fri, June 7 - July 5 (5 Weeks)
Ages: 6-9 years
Learn to make:
* Falafel & Humus (Vegetarian burger + Dip)
* Kofta & fattoush (Meat Pastry & salad)
* Baklava (dessert)
* Stuffed vine leaves
* Zaatar & lahmajoun (Turkish pizza)
Each class builds on the skills they learn from the previous week.
All equipment, food and utensils are supplied.
Simply arrive each week with an appetite to learn, closed in shoes and hair tied back. We suggest that you bring a large container to bring home some dinner for your families.
Each participant will also receive their own Recipe Folder so the kids can take notes and cook the recipes at home.
Book in on a week to week basis - Trial Class or book for the full 5 weeks.
There are limited places available. Be quick to book so you don't miss out. There is a minimum 8 children required to proceed.
