Hiding vegetables into dishes is a great way to boost vegetable intake for children. However, if your child doesn’t know they’ve eaten pumpkin before and liked it, they may still avoid eating it when they see it alone. Therefore, don’t always hide veggies, it’s important for children to try and get used to foods they are unsure of.
