Step 5: 7 Layered Loaded Nachos - Guacamole


  •  2 avocados
  • Pinch salt 
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 cup lime juice 
  • Coriander leaves 


  1. Cut, de-seed and remove flesh from avocado. Mash with a fork. Add to a small bowl.
  2. Finely chop coriander leaves. Place in bowl.
  3. Add lime juice, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix and taste. Adjust flavour if needed. Set aside.
