Step 3: 7 Layered Loaded Nachos - Tomato Salsa


  • 3 tomato
  • 1 spanish red onion
  • 1/2  red chilli (large and mild)
  • Small bunch coriander
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice 


  1. Cut tomato and onion into small diced pieces. Place in small bowl.
  2. Finely chop red chili. Place in bowl.
  3. Tear or cut coriander leaves. Place in bowl.
  4. Add salt and lime juice. Mix and taste. Adjust flavour if needed. Set aside.
