- 3 tomato
- 1 spanish red onion
- 1/2 red chilli (large and mild)
- Small bunch coriander
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
- Cut tomato and onion into small diced pieces. Place in small bowl.
- Finely chop red chili. Place in bowl.
- Tear or cut coriander leaves. Place in bowl.
- Add salt and lime juice. Mix and taste. Adjust flavour if needed. Set aside.
