Smoothie Bowl Recipe from our recent Workshops

Ingredients:

  • Frozen berries or Mango
  • Oats
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries 
  • Banana
  • Any other fruit
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Milk (soy and normal)

Method:

  1. Slice fruit for the top of the smoothie bowl, then set aside
  2. Place frozen fruit, banana and milk in the blender to make the base of the smoothie bowl
  3. Once blended, transfer to a bowl and top with the sliced fruit, oats, chai seeds in any pattern you like
