Combine watermelon, strawberries and raspberries
Combine milk (or milk alternative), ripe bananas and cashews (you could also add cauliflower to up the veggie content)
Half of the white layer and then combine frozen mango and spinach leaves
Layer the colours in a jar/glass and top with fresh fruit.
