Kofta Recipe: (per child)


  • 100g lamb mince
  • 1/4 grated onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • Pinch of:Salt, pepper, chilli, cumin, paprika, corriander


  1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and knead. 
  2. Roll in palms of your hands into kofta shapes. 
  3. Cook in a dash of oil in electric frypan
