Hommus Recipe


  • 200g canned chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 clove crushed garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor
  2. Add the oil last, mix til all combined  
  3. Optional: garnish with extra oil and paprika
