Chocolate Truffles

The kids love getting their hands dirty making the truffles.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 250 g Arnott's marie biscuits
  • 395 g Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Process biscuits and blend well.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl.
  3. Add cocoa powder and one quarter of the coconut.
  4. Make a well in the centre.
  5. Add the condensed milk and mix together with a wooden spoon until evenly moistened.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Spread remaining coconut onto a plate.
  8. Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in the coconut.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
