Chicken Rainbow Wraps

Ingredients (single serve)

  • 1 medium wrap
  • 1 tbsp egg mayonnaise
  • 50g barbeque chicken
  • red cabbage leaf
  • ½ carrot
  • ¼ red onio
  • ¼ yellow capsicum
  • ¼ cup baby spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Place the wrap on the work bench and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on it.
  2. Shred the BBQ chicken into strips and place along the centre of the wrap.
  3. Cut the red cabbage leaf into thin strips and place on top of the chicken.
  4. Place carrot into strips and place on top of the cabbage.
  5. Cut the red onion into thin strips and place on top of the carrot.
  6. Cut the yellow capsicum and place on top of the red onion.
  7. Place the baby spinach leaves on top of the yellow capsicum.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Roll the wrap and wrap in aluminium foil to secure.
  10. Enjoy!
